As a Fashion Designer, you will help redefine RW&CO.'s point of view for today's customer. You will interpret global fashion, cultural, and consumer influences into relevant collections. The work spans sketches, garment concepts, design packages, fittings, and collection reviews, with close Merchandising partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design elevated women's suiting and coordinated sets
- Translate influences into silhouettes, colours, fabrics, and details
- Develop sketches, garment concepts, and design packages
- Refine proportion, construction, fit, and finishing
- Own creative execution across assigned categories
Requirements:
- Fashion Design degree or related college diploma
- Three to five years of relevant fashion design experience
- Strong understanding of silhouette, proportion, colour, and fabric
- Experience creating design packages and presentation materials
- Fluency in French and English
