You'll partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives and optimize results while managing a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement the vision for the agentic software platform • Lead and develop an engaged product and design team • Communicate strategies based on customer insights • Facilitate change management across business units • Champion product management and design excellence

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in relevant field • At least 2 years experience in AI solutions • 5 years in managing direct reports • 10 years in product/user experience design • Strong interpersonal skills, bilingual for Quebec candidates
