Elevate security strategies with this Lead Analyst role focusing on Identity & Access Management in Ottawa, ON. This position blends design, implementation, and best practices in IAM. In this permanent role, the Identity & Access Management Lead Analyst will operate three days a week onsite in Ottawa, Ontario. You will lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, engaging in all phases of systems analysis, and adhere to architectural standards. Showcase your expertise in IAM concepts, security policies, and platform engineering. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM solutions for business objectives
- Participate in phases of systems analysis and technical design
- Provide leadership in developing best practices for IAM
- Ensure adherence to University architectural standards
- Manage end-to-end business system solutions in complex environments
- 7 years of experience in identity & access management
- 5 years of solution development and platform engineering
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong grasp of IAM concepts, including RBAC and ABAC
- In-depth knowledge of IAM protocols like SAML and OAuth
