Enhance payroll accuracy and compliance at 123Dentist as a Payroll Analyst in Burnaby. This permanent full-time role supports payroll operations across a national organization, with a hybrid work model. Join 123Dentist, one of Canada’s largest dental support organizations, as a Payroll Analyst. This position requires a minimum of two years' experience in payroll within a multi-entity environment. You will leverage your technical skills and attention to detail to support payroll processing, compliance, and collaboration with various teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day payroll operations across multiple entities
- Review and validate bi-weekly payroll to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll legislation
- Act as an escalation point for complex payroll inquiries
- Maintain payroll records for audits and documentation
- 2+ years of payroll experience in a multi-entity setting
- PCP certification required; CPM is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
