Role Mission Your mission is to build a strategic and sustainable talent pipeline by implementing targeted research and sourcing strategies. You will develop authentic, close-knit relationships with these talents-understanding their ambitions, drivers, and career trajectory-to ensure proactive and highly personalized nurturing. You will also play a key role in elevating the A+ employer brand, positioning it as an obvious career destination by showcasing our integrated method, participative leadership, and culture designed to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent. Build and maintain discipline-specific talent pools, fostering highly personalized relationships to understand their aspirations and keep them meaningfully connected to A+. Manage the full recruitment cycle-from job posting to hiring-including prescreening, structured interviews, and recommendations, with rigorous use of our ATS. Maintain an active watch on the construction market to ensure our competitiveness. Represent A+ at employer branding initiatives, networking events, and professional communities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deploy CRM automation journeys that enhance engagement and nurture prospective candidates. Work closely with the Talent team to support recruitment efforts and continuously improve the candidate experience as well as our tools and processes. Job requirements Over 5 years of experience in recruiting for professional roles; Degree in psychology, career counseling, HR, or a related field; Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, with a genuine interest in people; Strong interest in consultative sales; Excellent judgment, autonomy, perseverance, and a high standard of excellence; Experience in construction, engineering, or design: a strong asset.
