Has 8+ years of experience in server-side development with strong expertise in Java and/or Kotlin
Has experience building and maintaining platform/infrastructure systems at scale
Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture, including messaging patterns, caching strategies, and data consistency
Extensive experience with AWS services (DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, etc.)

Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java/Kotlin, Go, Python, TypeScript) – ability to work across the stack
Strong database skills including SQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB with focus on performance optimization

Track record of driving technical initiatives and influencing engineering direction
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
