You will work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Aid customers in locating necessary parts
• Process online parts orders and provide pricing information
• Unload, receive, and store incoming parts efficiently
• Collaborate with service technicians for assistance
• Document all shipping and inventory data accurately

• Previous experience in parts industry preferred
• Certification as a Journeyperson is an asset
• Strong customer service skills required
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Must lift up to 50 pounds safely
