- Conduct interviews and gather data on operations
- Perform statistical analysis on collected information
- Analyze program data to develop improvement solutions
- Evaluate operational effectiveness against set goals
- Document findings and prepare implementation recommendations
- Three years of experience in operational studies
- Proficiency in descriptive statistics
- Knowledge of interpreting regulations and policies
- Experience in designing evaluative studies
- Strong narrative report writing skills
