Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate diverse geotechnical projects
• Mentor junior field staff and enhance team capabilities
• Manage technical reviews of geotechnical analyses
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and comprehensive reports
• Foster client relationships and explore new opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering
• Professional Engineering Designation in Ontario
• Strong knowledge of Ontario regulations for geotechnical work
