Elevate senior care as a Wellness Nurse (RN) with Sunrise Senior Living. This role focuses on resident health management and clinical oversight in a rewarding environment. As a Wellness Nurse, you will monitor resident health trends, oversee medication programs, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will coordinate care with families and clinical teams while supporting staff development through training initiatives. Contributing to infection control and quality improvements is also part of your daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and monitor trends of residents
- Oversee medication administration and accuracy of documentation
- Coordinate care between families, physicians, and teams
- Support infection control practices and regulatory compliance
- Lead clinical training and enhance staff development
- Active RN license required
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care
- Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge needed
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to promoting resident wellness and quality care
