Support team success through inventory management and stockroom efficiency. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing sales and profitability. Your responsibilities include managing inventory through shipping, replenishment, and markdowns while ensuring that the store maintains high standards of presentation. This role is integral to driving customer satisfaction and supporting day-to-day operations in a vibrant retail environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization of stockroom and inventory levels
- Manage eCom order fulfillment and sales floor replenishment
- Support markdowns and merchandising activities
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective inventory management
- Collaborate actively with team members on daily tasks
- High school diploma required
- 6 months experience in inventory management or retail
- Detail-oriented with a passion for fashion
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- Proactive teammate with customer-first mentality
