Assess pediatric sensory and developmental needs at Colibri NeuroWellness in Waterloo, ON, with on-site or hybrid work available part-time.
This independent contractor role serves children and teens through assessment, treatment planning, and direct intervention. You will address sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, executive functioning, and early intervention needs. Collaboration supports coordinated, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess children and teens for sensory and developmental needs
- Develop individualized pediatric occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide sensory regulation and motor skills interventions
- Support executive functioning and early intervention for families
- Document care and communicate progress with caregivers
Requirements:
- Demonstrated competence in pediatric occupational therapy practice
- Strong sensory processing and regulation assessment skills
- Master's degree and current provincial registration in good standing
- Knowledge of pediatric neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration abilities
