Senior Product Manager
- E-Commerce A global e-commerce and technology enterprise is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the Canadian product experience across its high-volume consumer platforms. In this role, you will lead the digital product roadmap for both our English and French Canadian web platforms. You will balance high-level product strategy with daily execution, turning commercial goals, market trends, and analytics into a high-impact consumer experience. A major immediate priority will be guiding the relaunch and commercial optimization of the French Canadian platform to better serve French-speaking consumers. This is a senior, individual-contributor role sitting at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and technical delivery. You will collaborate deeply with engineering, marketing, operations, and commercial teams across a complex international organization. Align product initiatives directly with commercial metrics, including conversion rate optimization (CRO), revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and consumer behavior to identify new commercial opportunities. Lead the relaunch and ongoing evolution of the French Canadian digital experience, ensuring the user journey and checkout flow are highly optimized. Partner with translation vendors to review, validate, and ensure the linguistic quality and market suitability of French digital touchpoints. Maintain, prioritize, and drive the product backlog in close collaboration with software engineering teams. Manage initiatives through the complete product lifecycle: discovery, business case definition, technical execution, testing, and post-launch evaluation. Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure end-to-end quality before release. Analyze platform performance, conversion funnels, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and Hotjar . Design and execute experimentation initiatives (A/B testing) across core purchasing and checkout journeys to remove UX friction. Bilingualism (French/English): Professional fluency is mandatory. While you will work with translation vendors, you must be able to read, evaluate, and optimize French-language digital product content independently.

Experience:
7 to 12 years of hands-on digital product management experience owning external, customer-facing B2C e-commerce or transactional platforms. Commercial Mindset: A proven track record of directly improving commercial metrics (e.g., conversion rates, transaction volume, revenue, acquisition costs). Data Fluency: Deep expertise in digital analytics, funnels, and experimentation tools.
