General Dentist Position Summary: The Associate Dentist is responsible for creating a comfortable environment for patients receiving dental treatment. This role involves building relationships with patients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the utmost quality of care. The ideal candidate is patient oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about helping patients achieve their oral health needs. This position is full time with two evenings required per week. This clinic offers a wide variety of general dentistry, which includes fillings, RCT, Crowns, and implants. This position has mentorship opportunities and has a really good training program available for the right applicant. This office has a CBCT machine, and an in house lab. Success Looks Like: Having happy patients who book back for recurrent hygiene appointments and who refer others to our practice Booking patients according to the scheduling protocols Ensuring patients are not only satisfied with their care, but are also highly impressed which leads to higher patient retention and referrals Comprehensive, big picture treatment planning Discussing treatment options with patients Selling treatment to patients alongside our treatment coordinator Having an excellent understanding of all the dental services our clinic offers High caliper dental care for patients Objectives: Identify outstanding treatment See between 8-10 patients daily Achieve and exceed daily and weekly metrics, targets, and monthly production Create and maintain strong patient relationships by meeting patients where they are at and helping them with receive the treatment needed Provide consistent follow ups and ongoing communication to ensure patient satisfaction Competencies: Experience in dentistry preferred Comfortability in discussing treatment that the patient needs Highly motivated, driven and hardworking Ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team setting Ability to sell treatment to patients and ensure the quality of care goes above and beyond patient expectations Education and Experience: Valid Registered DDS License Previous experience as an associate dentist preferred Benefits with the Company Paid Professional Development courses Vacation time that increases with tenure Competitive Pay Physical Requirements: Must Be able to bend at a computer for prolonged periods of time Commitment to Diversity: The company is committed to building and sustaining an inclusive work environment.
