Data Analyst Location: Remote Canada Salary: 90 000$ - 110 000$ Type: Full time Auxo is hiring a Data Analyst for a fast growing adtech company operating across North America. This is a central role supporting operations, product, and engineering by turning raw data into clear insights, reports, and recommendations. You will work in a small, collaborative environment where data directly guides decisions and where your work has immediate impact. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving analytical problems, investigating patterns, and creating reporting systems that elevate how teams operate. What You Will Do Build and maintain reporting used across operations, marketing, and client delivery Analyze campaign performance, spend, and anomalies to ensure smooth execution Investigate discrepancies or unexpected behavior across data sources Identify recurring reporting needs and propose improvements or automation opportunities Translate findings into structured documentation and actionable recommendations Work closely with product and engineering teams to support a data driven culture Produce high quality reports using BigQuery data and deliver them in Excel or Google Sheets Who You Are 3 plus years of experience in data analysis Strong proficiency in SQL, ideally with BigQuery Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and modeling Comfortable using BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Hands on experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas) Strong data literacy and ability to present findings clearly to non technical stakeholders Strong communicator who can move between technical and operational teams with ease Self starter who enjoys solving problems in fast paced environments Nice to Have Experience in adtech or martech Familiarity with data pipelines or third party integrations Understanding of privacy and compliance requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, or Law 25
