- planning, coordinating, and executing domestic road and intermodal freight shipments, ensuring materials, equipment and supplies arrive on time and on budget. Start ASAP Full benefits package including healthcare, dental, life insurance, and PTO Proactively monitor cargo in transit against Required At Site (RAS) dates; Monitor and report daily status of containers and trailers, including location, load/unload status, and delays Ensure all required transport documents (BOL, AWB, TDG, etc.) are collected, verified, and compliant Maintain accurate records in Transportation Management System 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding or 3PL, with a strong focus on road freight – LTL, FTL, drayage ~ Hands-on experience with oversized, breakbulk, or project cargo (construction, mining, energy, etc.) ~ Tech-savvy, with experience using logistics systems and Microsoft Office Apply by submitting your resume and a member of the THOMAS Freight team will be in touch. #
