About the Role
Our client, a growing recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive Resourcer to join their team. This hybrid role is designed for individuals who excel at identifying and engaging potential candidates. You will play a crucial part in building talent pipelines for various client requirements, working closely with recruitment consultants. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to hone your candidate sourcing skills in a supportive environment, with the flexibility of a hybrid work model that balances remote efficiency with in-office collaboration and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify suitable profiles.
- Engage with potential candidates to understand their career aspirations and suitability for roles.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and talent pools.
- Assist recruitment consultants with candidate management and interview scheduling.
- Contribute to team efforts by sharing sourcing insights and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sourcing, research, or administrative role is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to candidate identification.
- Ability to work effectively both independently in a remote setting and collaboratively in an office.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and a willingness to learn new systems.
