As part of the Civil Division, your responsibilities will include preparing competitive estimates for excavation, grading, and utility projects. Following project awards, you will oversee project execution including budgeting and scheduling, while managing relationships with clients and subcontractors. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of municipal and civil client projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quantity take-offs and evaluate tender documents
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Lead subcontractor negotiations and manage procurement
• Ensure compliance with company and safety standards
• Coordinate project activities and documentation
Requirements:
• Background in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• 3-5 years in civil estimating and project management
• Knowledge of underground utility installation and construction methods
• Strong analytical skills and detailed understanding of specifications
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Utilize your skills in estimating and project management to enhance civil project delivery at Wales McLelland. #J-18808-Ljbffr
