Become an Operations Porter, focusing on cleanliness and maintenance across all mall areas. You’ll ensure janitorial standards are upheld daily for a pristine environment. This role as an Operations Porter involves a variety of cleaning responsibilities in the mall, from restrooms to entrance areas. You'll ensure that facilities are adequately stocked and clean, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for all visitors. Your proactive approach will greatly affect customer satisfaction and operational efficacy. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular checks on washroom cleanliness and supplies
- Clean entrance glass and monitor spills proactively
- Collect and dispose of waste while maintaining hygiene
- Address customer concerns regarding cleanliness promptly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
- Experience using cleaning tools and chemicals safely
- Physical stamina to manage a variety of cleaning tasks
- Consistent attendance and the ability to follow schedules
- Understanding of cleaning standards and safety regulations
- Ability to comprehend instructions in English effectively
