Junior Business Analyst 8 month contract, possibility of extensions Onsite 4x a week Downtown Toronto Hourly rate: 30-37/hour depending on relative experience Required Skills & Experience • Experience: 2+ years as a Business Analyst • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital applications, IT project lifecycle, and tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, Shopify, Webflow, or Sigma (not all required). • Skills: ○ Strong requirements documentation and user story creation. ○ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. ○ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ○ Agile methodology experience. • Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable decoding complex conversations into clear requirements. Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMP, or CSM. • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and content management systems. • Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration concepts. • Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments.
