Our client, a leading financial institution is currently hiring for a corporate recruiter to join their team on a contract basis. They are hiring for multiple positions ranging from junior to senior level.
Manage end to end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program.
Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent.
Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned to customer experience model.
Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs as they relate to recruitment.
Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing approaches.
Maintain, analyze and leverage accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing and recruitment activities; Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the talent acquisition function.
Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite of the Bank.
Conduct internal and external research projects; support the development/ delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audience.
Keep abreast of and advise the team on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements in the discipline and assess potential impacts.
Work independently as the senior subject matter expert.
Undertake and complete a variety of projects and initiatives, may include the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise.
Generally reports to a Senior Manager role.
3+ years of corporate recruitment experience
