Lead FedEx's Pick-Up and Delivery Operations as a dynamic Operations Manager. This role involves supervising services and logistics for maximum efficiency and operations success. In this interview position, you will oversee and coordinate the Pick-Up and Delivery operations, ensuring optimal service objectives are met. Key responsibilities also include managing warehouse and ramp operations while maintaining high performance standards. Your background in FedEx or the industry is crucial for driving results and achieving operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Pick-Up and Delivery operations to meet service objectives
- Coordinate warehouse and ramp operations effectively
- Manage team performance to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Assist in training and development of team members
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years in FedEx or related industry
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs
