As Project Manager / Estimator, you will coordinate estimation, execution, and closeout across piling projects. The work includes budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, construction documents, and field operations. You will communicate with clients, engineers, crews, suppliers, subcontractors, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Estimate, manage, and oversee multiple projects concurrentlyDevelop budgets and track project profitability with financeCreate schedules and coordinate equipment, crews, and mobilizationReview and negotiate construction change ordersTravel to Alberta project sites for meetings and kickoffsRequirements:
Three or more years of related estimating experienceFive or more years of piling industry experienceConstruction Management, Estimating, Engineering, or related educationInterpret construction drawings, specifications, documents, and contractsExperience with MS Office, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6Apply your piling expertise, estimating knowledge, and project coordination skills across Alberta with Helical Pile Solutions Ltd.
