Flexible work arrangements with a mix of remote and in-office days
Lead with a hands-on approach to oversee insurance operations across multiple locations, nurturing teams in underwriting and claims.
Build, refine, and implement operational frameworks and processes that drive efficiency and quality, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Support ongoing projects, including innovative approaches to coverage calculations and performance tracking, ensuring practical, results-oriented outcomes.
Establish and lead effective reporting structures, managing remote and hybrid teams with trust and transparency at the forefront.
10+ years of leadership experience within the insurance industry, with a strong background in claims, underwriting, or risk management — ideally with an underwriting specialty.
~ Proven success in building teams, driving operational improvements, and leading through change with integrity and transparency.
~ Hands-on leadership style, comfortable working directly with teams and managing complex projects.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; Willingness to travel regularly between Waldheim and Saskatoon locations to support team cohesion and leadership impact.
