Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day security operations effectively
- Conduct inspections and quality assurance on-site

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in security
- Experience in employee scheduling and workforce management
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong time management and organizational skills
