Enhance customer experiences daily as a Valet Attendant with Indigo in downtown Ottawa. We're looking for motivated individuals to greet customers and manage vehicle parking with care. Indigo, a leader in parking management, is seeking reliable and outgoing team members. In this role, you will assist customers upon arrival, issue valet tickets, and drive vehicles to designated areas. Expect to thrive in a supportive team atmosphere while making a positive community impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival
- Assist with opening doors and unloading parcels
- Issue and collect valet tickets promptly
- Drive customers' vehicles safely and efficiently
- Ensure all vehicles are locked and valuables secured
- Valid class G Ontario driver's license
- Clean driving record with experience in manual transmissions
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Strong communication and time management skills
