Become a pivotal part of Colas as a Requirements and Compliance Manager, reinforcing project compliance for infrastructure initiatives. Engage in the transformational Edmonton Valley Line West LRT project. The role focuses on managing, verifying, and demonstrating compliance with the project agreement and requirements. As Requirements and Compliance Manager, you will lead the development of compliance plans, oversee requirement traceability, and ensure that all necessary evidence supports operational readiness and city acceptance. Coordination with key project leads is critical in maintaining compliance through auditing and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Requirements Compliance Plan
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project
- Verify and manage outstanding compliance actions
- Oversee audits and compliance review processes
- Prepare and distribute compliance reports and dashboards
- Proven expertise in compliance within construction or infrastructure
- Analytical skills to track and resolve compliance issues
- Strong coordination abilities with project teams
- Strong documentation skills for compliance purposes
- Familiarity with construction-related regulatory requirements
