Candidates should have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, particularly in industrial environments such as petrochemical and power generation. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations of industrial construction projects
- Oversee coordination of crews and project resources
- Create and implement detailed work plans
- Ensure effective communication with project managers and clients
- Conduct safety meetings and maintain documentation
- At least 5 years of industrial construction leadership
- Experienced in heavy industrial or petrochemical fields
- Unionized work experience preferred
- Competence in project execution tools is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
