Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to execute targeted initiatives and ensure hiring objectives are met on time. Each day brings the opportunity to refine processes and enhance the candidate experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring processes and employment offers
- Develop recruitment plans with hiring managers
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Build and engage talent pools
- Organize Campus Recruitment events
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Sociology, Psychology, or related
- Bilingual in English and French
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience
- Knowledge of behavioural interviewing techniques
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
