Reporting to a senior finance leader, this role encompasses various accounting tasks focused on accuracy and compliance. You'll support closing processes, develop management reports, and review compliance-related transactions. This position is ideal for those who value continuous improvement and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
- Review entries and ensure adherence to accounting standards
- Reconcile equity and investment-related transactions
- Collaborate with leadership for financial insights
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting or auditing
- Experience in project-based industries is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Excel and ERP software
