Become an integral part of the Rexall team as an Assistant Store Manager. This role focuses on exceptional service, team leadership, and driving sales performance. Rexall is looking for an Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about health and wellness. In this role, you will enhance customer experience while overseeing staff performance and store operations. Your experience in retail management will contribute significantly to our mission of providing outstanding pharmacy care. Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit leadership in driving store sales and service
- Participate in HR activities including staff training
- Ensure high-quality customer service and patient care
- Help maintain budget goals and inventory accuracy
- Advocate for health and wellness knowledge and practices
- Required previous experience in a supervisory role
- 1-2 years working in a retail environment
- Strong ability to multi-task and adapt
- Proven customer service and effective communication skills
- Familiarity with reviewing financial performance
