Maintain Clutch facilities through general repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting while working Monday through Thursday on the stated night shift.
Clutch seeks a Building Maintenance Technician for permanent full-time facility support. The work includes plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, HVAC, and structural inspections. You will also help maintain organized, safe, high-performing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs involving doors, drywall, leaks, light fixtures, and painting
- Inspect plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components regularly
- Assemble furniture, install shelving, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Respond to requests and document completed maintenance tasks
- Organize tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment inventory
Requirements:
- Minimum four years of general building maintenance experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Comfort using drills, saws, wrenches, and other repair tools
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues effectively
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
