Lead proposal strategy and brand positioning for an established architecture and design firm in Calgary, Alberta, with Adobe Creative Suite expertise.
This Proposal Manager oversees marketing and proposal initiatives while reporting to senior leadership. The work spans pursuit strategy, content development, business development support, and communications. You will position multidisciplinary expertise for competitive opportunities across Alberta and Canadian markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing and proposal planning aligned with growth objectives
- Oversee RFP, RFQ, and expression-of-interest responses
- Develop narratives, project profiles, credentials, and technical content
- Maintain brand consistency across proposals and communications
- Manage schedules, reviews, templates, libraries, and quality control
Requirements:
- Six-plus years in marketing, proposals, communications, or business development
- Experience leading complex competitive proposal submissions
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Photoshop proficiency
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Ability to manage concurrent pursuits and competing priorities
