The work includes collaboration with Case Managers, departments, and community agencies. Assess youth needs using a trauma-informed approach Support client plans with youth and Case Managers Provide counseling, crisis support, and behavior management Child and youth work degree or equivalent diploma Knowledge of adolescent development and street-youth issues Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication Bring trauma-informed assessment, crisis intervention, and youth-support skills to Covenant House Toronto's residential programs. #
