- Prepare delicious meals and snacks for staff
- Supervise and train kitchen and housekeeping teams
- Assign daily duties and manage kitchen workflow
- Maintain accurate inventory and manage supply orders
- Adhere to food safety protocols like IMS and HACPP
- Must have Red Seal certification
- Experience in a remote camp cooking role
- Knowledge of ingredients and flavor profiles
- Ability to handle physical job demands
