Key Responsibilities
Support prescription intake, benefit verification, claims, and fulfillment workflows Coordinate documentation and handoffs within defined timelines Review orders, refills, shipments, inventory, and claims Track backorders, substitutions, replenishment, and product availability Document activity and communicate routine workflow issues
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience At least two years of relevant operational experience Experience in pharmacy support or healthcare operations Certification in pharmacy technician practice preferred Ability to follow privacy, safety, and audit standards Apply pharmacy support, claims processing, and documentation skills to reliable specialty pharmacy operations with Innomar Strategies in Burnaby. #J-18808-Ljbffr
