The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board seeks an occasional teacher for Vincent Massey Public School. This posting requires OCT Intermediate qualifications and FSL Part 1. Spec ed and ESL/TELL qualifications, along with experience supporting minoritized students, are assets. Vincent Massey serves 600-700 students in English and Early French Immersion programs. Its community includes Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Gifted Immersion, and diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach students within Vincent Massey Public School’s K-8 community
- Support student well-being across diverse learning needs
- Provide learning in English and Early French Immersion programs
- Collaborate with caring and dedicated school staff
- Contribute to a safe, engaging learning space
Requirements:
- Required OCT Divisional Qualification: Intermediate
- Required OCT Additional Qualification: FSL Part 1
- Spec ed qualification considered an asset
- ESL/TELL qualifications considered an asset
- Occasional Teacher without a current part-time contract
