You'll ensure accuracy and compliance in tax returns while empowering your team through mentorship. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee U.S. and Canadian tax return preparation
- Advise on cross-border tax and estate strategies
- Conduct quality control on team deliverables
- Plan engagements and manage project financials
- Foster business development opportunities in the community
- Must hold a CPA designation
- 4 to 5 years of relevant tax consulting experience
- Strong understanding of individual tax regulations
- Proven relationship management and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel as necessary
