Full-Time Our Rocky View, AB, branch is looking for an exceptional individual to join our service department as a Small AG / Turf Service Technician for our Agriculture Division (John Deere). Brandt is a customer driven company, privately owned and family run, strengthened by diversification and succeeding through specialization. Efficiently and effectively evaluate the working condition of, diagnose, assemble/disassemble, order parts for, and repair compact utility tractors up to 100hp, tractor attachments, Utility vehicles, lawnmowers and other various equipment Use secondary materials and equipment safely and efficiently Use related instruments, hand and power tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems Continually assess service task hazards and ensure work is performed safely, and to accepted standards Use computer applications and information systems (i.e. John Deere Service Advisor) to document maintenance, inspection, and diagnosis Road test equipment and check attachment operation as required Previous mechanical experience in a Turf, Power Equipment or motorsport equipment environment preferred Certified Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment technician, Outdoor Power Equipment, Agricultural Equipment technician, Automotive Service Technician or equivalent designated trade preferred Must be committed to customer service and service excellence Must have the ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, the service team, and branch personnel Competitive compensation:
