Gather and document HR business requirements Translate needs into Workday HCM and Security solutions Resolve complex Tier 3 support issues Analyze HR data and reporting trends Manage migration, validation, reconciliation, and risk mitigation
Requirements:
University degree in computer science or equivalent experience Three to five years of Workday experience Two to three years of Business Analysis experience Strong Workday HCM and Security expertise Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Apply Workday HCM, Security, analytics, and requirements expertise to improve HR technology for The Salvation Army. #J-18808-Ljbffr
