Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support evidence-based pharmacy practices
• Monitor resource allocation and compliance with standards
• Implement quality improvement activities in client care
• Provide leadership and training to pharmacy staff
• Evaluate service effectiveness and planning initiatives
Requirements:
• Licensed pharmacist with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
• Preferably two years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Project management experience preferred
• Effective communication and organizational skills
