- Calculate crane weights and perform safety assessments
- Communicate daily with team and site management
- Maintain high safety standards and operational efficiency
- Minimum 2 years of crane operation experience
- Valid Class 1 driver's license required
- Journeyman Operator ticket is an asset
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
