Process physical stock certificate deposits (domestic and foreign securities) and perform related reconciliation activities. Act as a primary point of contact for advisors, responding to inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional, and service-oriented manner. Effectively manage high-risk activities and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in departmental initiatives, process improvement activities, and project work. Organization, time management, analytical thinkingand problem solving as well as accurate and efficient data entry Demonstrate advanced face-to-face, email, videoconferencing, and telephone etiquette and relationship management skills; Fundamental investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry is an asset Communicate proficiently in French is an asset. Salary Range:$50,000
- 60,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
