Reporting to Senior Manager, D2C Operations & Comm, the Retail Operations Co-op will assist in supporting Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. with retail performance and planning.
This placement is for Winter 2027.
Position: Retail Operations Co-opCompensation: approx. $43,000
- $45,000, 37.5 hrs per weekWork
location:
Hybrid; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities
Work within the Lindt Canada Retail Operations teamLead and coordinate cross functional projects, partnering with teams across the organization to drive initiatives such as launching new tools, developing procedures, supporting process improvements, and sourcing sustainable suppliesRevise and align internal operational processes and policiesSupport store maintenance related requests, as requiredSupport with conference planning, meeting & event managementAssist with planning and sourcing of store incentivesPrepare reports and presentations for various retail projectsWork with internal and external partners to source supplies, set up store service contracts, etc.
Support with stores invoice processing and non-financial reportingOther duties, as requiredSoft Skills/Requirements:Self-starter with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and embrace feedbackEffectively communicates and articulates ideas with clarityConfident in preparing and delivering presentationsStrong written and verbal communicationCreative thinker with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindsetSkilled at multitasking and prioritizing to meet deadlinesExceptional attention to detailQualifications:Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Previous experience in retail environment is considered an assetTo apply, please submit your application by October 30th, 2026.
