Labatt, a century-old brewing pioneer, seeks an experienced Group Manager for its brewery in Turning Point. This role requires strong leadership skills to oversee a six-person brewing team. Candidates should bring expertise in brewing, production planning, and safety program execution to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a six-person brewing team
- Develop and execute production plans effectively
- Deliver on-the-job coaching for team members
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams
- Enforce health and safety protocols in brewing
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional brewing experience
- Post-secondary qualification in Engineering, Science, or Brewing
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge of brewing processes
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP experience preferred
