Elevate your mechanical skills with Miller Waste Systems as a 310T Truck & Coach Apprentice in Ottawa East. Master maintenance and repair of company vehicles on the afternoon shift. As a 310T Truck & Coach Apprentice, you'll ensure quality service and operational efficiency by maintaining and repairing various vehicles. This position requires expertise in diagnosing hydraulic and electrical issues, relying on problem-solving skills to support fleet reliability. You will be part of a committed team within a leading waste management company serving the Ottawa region. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance and repairs on company vehicles
- Diagnose and resolve equipment faults efficiently
- Repair hydraulic and electrical systems on trucks
- Maintain accurate service records for vehicle upkeep
- Respond to on-road service calls when needed
- Registered 310T apprentice with valid certifications
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic and electrical repairs
- Valid 'G' Driver's Licence; DZ Licence an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations
