Key Responsibilities
Lead crews on pressure washing and exterior cleaning jobs Train crew members on work, photos, and videos Visit homes, answer questions, and provide customer quotes Coordinate quotes, scheduling, and questions with sales Maintain schedules, notes, photos, and updates in software
Requirements:
Valid British Columbia driver's licence and reliable vehicle Clear, confident spoken and written English Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and remain standing Residence within approximately thirty minutes of Langley Reliable, independent, people-focused, and comfortable learning software Build toward Operations Manager through crew leadership, customer communication, quoting, scheduling, and practical exterior cleaning work.
