- Conduct assessments and implement mental health care strategies
- Manage cases and coordinate services for patients
- Support educational and training efforts for healthcare teams
- Offer consultation in mental health settings
- Engage in policy and program development initiatives
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Canada
- Civilian mental health nursing experience
- Completion of mental health nursing certification
- Readiness to relocate or serve part-time
