Key Responsibilities
Lead daily safety discussions and job hazard reviews Spend at least 80% of time supporting shop-floor technicians Assign work and optimize manpower and bay utilization Coach technicians and apprentices through performance conversations Oversee repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and service reporting
Requirements:
Proven supervisory experience in heavy equipment maintenance Minimum four years working with Caterpillar equipment and engines Knowledge of warranty administration and contamination control Strong communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification considered an asset Apply your Caterpillar expertise, safety leadership, and shop operations knowledge as Finning’s Service Supervisor at Suncor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
