The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site. As an investment assistant, you play a hands‐on role supporting the advisors by performing all the administrative and operational tasks involved in securities account management. You track client account transactions on a daily basis and resolve various administrative situations. You have the leadership required to handle daily requests and perform tasks as instructed, in accordance with our high quality standards. In your actions, you strive to meet the needs of members and clients while ensuring their full satisfaction, business growth, sound risk and compliance management, and adherence to current practices and policies, as well as leveraging your ability to achieve results.
